📋 Description

• Lead and coach regional franchise owners and sales teams to achieve growth and performance objectives. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market expansion. • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and business development workshops. • Analyze key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and training teams to optimize performance across the region. • Support franchisees with sales execution, referral development, and community outreach strategies. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
