📋 Description

• Manage and service a book of middle-market commercial insurance clients • Partner with producers and account executives to support new business, renewals, and client retention efforts • Respond to coverage questions and provide guidance on policy options and insurance solutions • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, audits, and other service requests • Review renewal terms and pricing, identify potential concerns, and explore alternative coverage options • Build relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience • Identify opportunities to expand client coverage and support account rounding initiatives • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within AMS360 • Participate in renewal strategy discussions and collaborate with internal teams to develop client solutions • Support team development through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial insurance agency experience in an Account Manager or Account Executive role • Active Property & Casualty license • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy servicing • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding client service • Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus • Industry designations such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU are valued but not required • Must be located within Louisiana or Texas
