📋 Description

• Safely and efficiently operate Cat 14M and 16M graders to meet production and quality targets • Utilize GPS machine control systems to achieve accurate grades and site elevations according to design specifications • Perform fine grading for parking lots, roadways, drainage features, and site development projects • Conduct pre-trip/walk-around inspections and complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments • Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition and promptly report maintenance requirements or concerns • Interpret site plans, grade stakes, and digital grade models • Communicate with supervisors, survey crews, and other team members • Promote compliance with company, client, and legislated safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating finish graders on civil construction or site development projects • Demonstrated experience using GPS grade control systems (Topcon, Trimble, Leica, or equivalent) • Experience performing fine grading for parking lots, roads, commercial developments, or similar infrastructure projects • Ability to read and interpret grade plans, blueprints, and site layouts • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing • Valid CSTS 2020 certification required • Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification • Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
