📋 Description

• Lead development of systems powering Ledgebrook’s internal reinsurance brokerage platform and Fronting Carrier Solutions • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of reinsurance brokerage initiatives • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, analytics, and business teams • Define priorities and manage sprints • Ensure the roadmap aligns with company goals • Identify high-value solutions at the intersection of technology and business • Coordinate across teams and drive delivery for high-impact internal and external systems • Define and measure key product success metrics • Use data to inform product strategy and decision-making • Build innovative insurance products that meet customer needs and drive business growth • Mentor others while staying connected to code and architecture • Improve processes and systems in a fast-moving environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching successful products • Proven experience delivering easy to use, data-driven products in production environments • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts including Agentic Workflows, NLP, and LLMs • Familiarity with the overall insurance space, with a focus around reinsurance treaties, fronting carrier programs and the process to launch new insurance products • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams • Experience with agile development methodologies • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making • Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills • Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries (nice to have) • Experience working with modern LLM platforms (e.g., Claude, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock) (nice to have) • For U.S. candidates: authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
