📋 Description
• Support the implementation of the Coupa system. • Act as an interface between the Purchasing function and Technology. • Process mapping and process design. • Execute P2P / requisition-to-purchase-order activities. • Supplier onboarding. • Support the management of Strategic Sourcing initiatives (mainly for contracting logistics services). • Support the operational interface with the Legal team regarding contracts.
🎯 Requirements
• Required: • Knowledge of the COUPA system (cloud-based corporate spend management platform). • Coupa Integration (particularly callouts and REST API). • SAP CPI. • Knowledge of SAP MM structure. • Senior professional with experience in purchasing routines (supply chain). • Required knowledge in Strategic Sourcing (preferably with experience in projects for contracting logistics services). • Experience in process mapping and design. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel intermediate/advanced. • Desirable: experience in purchasing system implementation projects. • P2P process mapping.
