📋 Description

• Take new customers from sign-up to confident use within 30 days by loading financials, ensuring accurate numbers, and improving farmers' understanding of their operations • Conduct proactive, scheduled customer touchpoints prepared around customers' numbers, marketing plans, and debt structures • Ensure customers renew by demonstrating clear value • Identify at-risk accounts early using data and take proactive action • Establish documented onboarding, communication, and retention methods as the standard and playbook for the team • Use AI tools to prepare for calls, analyze financials, and serve a larger customer book without sacrificing personal care

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Remote with Central-time overlap • 3+ years as a credit analyst, portfolio manager, or relationship manager at an agricultural bank, Farm Credit association, or agricultural lender • Ability to spread farm financials • Ability to build cash flow projections • Ability to calculate cost of production and breakevens • Ability to explain financial concepts such as working capital in plain language • A 2–3 minute video introducing yourself and explaining working capital to a farmer is required for consideration • Experience or familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis and workflow automation preferred • Background serving diverse farm operation sizes and types preferred • Participation in E-Verify
