📋 Description

• Work directly with clients to understand vacation needs, preferences, and budgets • Research and book cruises, resorts, vacation packages, hotels, tours, and other travel services • Provide accurate information about destinations, travel options, pricing, availability, supplier policies, and reservation requirements • Maintain professional communication throughout the client experience • Manage reservations and monitor booking and payment deadlines • Maintain organized client records • Follow up with clients before and after travel • Develop new client relationships and follow up with prospective travelers • Generate referrals and encourage repeat bookings • Grow the client base through sales and business development • Market travel services through personal relationships, referrals, networking, social media, and approved marketing methods • Learn to use approved cruise line, resort, tour operator, vacation package, and travel supplier systems • Conduct travel research, prospecting, reservation management, and supplier education

🎯 Requirements

• No previous travel industry experience required • Approximately 15 hours per week commitment • Willingness to participate in training and continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, reservation systems, sales, marketing, and client service • Coachable and willing to apply learned knowledge • Motivated, dependable, and professional • Strong communication skills • Comfortable working independently • Reliable internet • Basic computer skills • Willingness to learn sales, marketing, travel reservations, and client relationship management • Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, marketing, social media, or travel is helpful but not required
