• Deliver white glove service from submission through close. • Keep brokers in the loop with timely, clear, and professional updates. • Build trust by responding accurately and taking initiative to resolve issues. • Manage active loan pipelines alongside Account Executives and Underwriters. • Sort and convert conditions within 24 hours. • Keep Salesforce and internal systems meticulously updated. • Stay one step ahead by anticipating questions and sending proactive follow-ups. • Represent Lendz with polish — both verbally and in writing. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, Closing, and Funding teams. • Learn enough about non-QM to be “dangerous” — and use that knowledge to solve problems fast. • Absorb training, tools, and tech that make you (and our process) better. • Share ideas that improve efficiency, elevate service, and enhance the broker journey.
• 1–3+ years experience as a Processor or Account Manager in mortgage lending (non-QM is a plus). • Tenacious follow-up skills — you don’t let things sit. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Polished, poised, and professional — especially under pressure. • Organized and deadline-driven with a “whatever it takes” mindset. • A growth mindset and hunger to learn the business deeply.
