📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications • Collaborate with product owners, UX researchers, data, QA, project management, cross-team leads, and design stakeholders • Understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Promote a collaborative team environment and achieve business objectives • Plan work estimation and forecasting • Follow architecture, design, implementation, security standards, and best practices • Investigate and propose solutions to development and design problems • Analyze integration needs and design and plan integrations • Prepare technical documentation, software design evaluation plans, and test results • Write high-quality, simple, clear, and testable code • Implement unit and integration tests and conduct functional and performance testing • Participate in code reviews and collaborative programming • Develop reusable software building blocks • Diagnose and resolve critical performance issues in existing software • Establish development practices and processes • Manage and mentor software engineers • Lead full-stack delivery across Python and FastAPI backend services, TypeScript and React frontend applications, AWS infrastructure, Terraform, and GitHub Actions • Direct AI coding agents while owning code quality and review standards

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science and 5+ years working at a company with web technology stack and web standards OR Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent degree and 7+ years working at a company with web technology stack and web standards • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Proven track record managing a team of developers • Proven track record architecting, scaling, and implementing complex technical solutions • Proven leadership in Agile environments, with communication, collaboration, mentoring, and team empowerment skills • Ability to communicate complex technical information verbally and in writing • Strong expertise in JavaScript (7+ years) • High proficiency in React.js (5+ years) • Strong command of semantic HTML and modern CSS, including CSS-in-JS, accessibility, SEO, and responsive design • Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, package managers, debugging, and troubleshooting • Demonstrated daily use of AI coding agents such as Cursor or Claude • Track record of setting and enforcing CI quality gates across multiple repositories • Ability to operate computer equipment and perform required physical activities, including lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. • Preferred: Headless CMS, e-commerce, A/B testing, backend development, high-traffic websites, content delivery networks, cloud platforms, frontend third-party integrations, and data analytics
