📋 Description
• Garantir l’application de la politique, des règles et rituels RH • Être l’interlocuteur RH de référence sur votre périmètre • Porter la démarche d’amélioration de la culture et du comportement sécurité • Accompagner et conseiller les managers dans leurs choix managériaux • Veiller au maintien et au développement du climat social • Être support dans le processus de recrutement et le pilotage de la mobilité interne • Accompagner le changement en lien avec les évolutions de l’entreprise • Participer à la rédaction et à la mise en place d’accords d’entreprise • Gestion des dossiers juridiques et disciplinaires • Superviser d’un ou plusieurs collaborateurs en fonction des missions et projets menés
🎯 Requirements
• Titulaire d’un Bac+5 orienté Ressources Humaines ou équivalent • Expérience significative de 10 ans minimum sur un poste similaire en milieu industriel • Connaissance approfondie de l'industrie de process • Compétences en management et conduite de projet • Maîtrise de la législation sociale et du cadre juridique • Anglais (niveau B2 minimum requis) • Parfaite maitrise des outils bureautiques
