• Titulaire d’un Bac+5 orienté Ressources Humaines ou équivalent • Expérience significative de 10 ans minimum sur un poste similaire en milieu industriel • Connaissance approfondie de l'industrie de process • Compétences en management et conduite de projet • Maîtrise de la législation sociale et du cadre juridique • Anglais (niveau B2 minimum requis) • Parfaite maitrise des outils bureautiques
