• Titulaire d’un Bac+5 orienté Ressources Humaines ou équivalent • Expérience significative de 10 ans minimum sur un poste similaire en milieu industriel • Connaissance approfondie de l'industrie de process • Compétences en management et conduite de projet • Maîtrise de la législation sociale et le cadre juridique • Anglais verbal et écrit (niveau B2 minimum requis) • Parfaite maîtrise des outils bureautiques
