📋 Description

• Provide guidance and oversight for the Clinical Adoption Analyst • Manage enterprise initiatives related to provider support, training, workflows, EMR optimization and team development • Collaborate with Medical Group Services teams and practice leaders to coordinate training issues and project risks • Serve as team lead on large implementations • Monitor and resolve athena clinical and related issues • Develop understanding of clinical and business processes, practices and workflows to train users effectively • Participate in training and work with SuperUsers and systems vendors • Conduct day-to-day communication and software reviews • Provide go-live support for providers and clinical staff • Provide ongoing end-user and new employee training • Define role-based workflows within clinical applications with clinical business partners • Provide on-site support during peak times, initiatives, go-lives, optimizations and new functionality launches • Participate in change management for fixes and enhancements • Assist SuperUsers in adopting new functionality and workflows • Coordinate and communicate system updates and changes • Conduct specialized training, including new employee orientation and mock-ups

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • 5 years of clinical management experience supporting provider support, training, workflows and EMR optimization • Experience managing the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work to ensure quality standards • Experience hiring, terminating, training and developing staff • Experience reviewing performance and administering corrective actions for staff • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
