📋 Description

• Drive growth initiatives focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and market expansion opportunities • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend evaluation to identify strategic and tuck-in acquisitions and other growth opportunities • Develop and cultivate relationships with practice leadership, bankers, brokers, consultants, investment banks, venture capital firms, and industry players • Analyze key markets and market segments, including new markets, CBSAs, existing specialties, and adjacent specialties • Conduct pre-term-sheet financial, cultural, clinical, and operational analysis and diligence • Develop investment theses and identify key value and success levers • Obtain financial, operational, EMR, practice management, payor, clinician, and employee data during due diligence • Develop financial models, valuation analyses, budgets, business cases, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses • Prepare, format, and analyze data for presentation to corporate stakeholders • Draft and review legal documentation, including LOIs, term sheets, APAs, employment agreements, and restrictive covenants • Manage deal execution and timing to meet deliverable dates and planned timelines • Coordinate with targets and business partners for successful deal execution • Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and business development teams on transaction integration • Assist with post-merger integration and tracking performance metrics of acquired entities • Act as liaison between sites and corporate staff to support efficient data collection • Calculate fixed-fee payment tables for clinician payroll using collections reports and contracted rates • Support clinician credentialing on new payor contracts • Transition applicable licenses and contracts • Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, information gathering, synthesis, and presentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity, ideally specializing in healthcare • Proven experience in financial modeling, M&A execution, and strategic planning • Healthcare M&A and integration experience preferred • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills • Strong executive presence and ability to present to and influence senior executives • Extremely high level of attention to detail • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with corporate finance, capital markets, and transaction structuring • Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, and walk as required • Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds • Required vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
