• Work providing virtual care to patients • Conduct 1:1 consultation and follow-up visits • Co-facilitate weekly group medical visits with registered dietitians
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed to practice • Knowledge and experience in lifestyle medicine • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable with technology • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (physicians, registered dietitians, clinical counsellors and patient success support staff)
