âą Working collaboratively with a physician-led health team. âą Completing Nutrition Assessments using the LifestyleRx tools and systems. âą Meeting with individuals via telephone or video calls from home. âą Creating nutrition goals with individuals and providing ongoing support and accountability in cooperation with a health-care team. âą Scheduling nutrition and coaching sessions. âą Documenting appointments in our electronic medical records system. âą Monitoring digital tracking used with individual health programs. âą General help involved while working in a clinic setting.

âą Registered Dietitian âą Experience working in a clinic or health-care setting. âą Experience working collaboratively with a health-care team.
