📋 Description

• Own day-to-day project tracking across multiple accounts, including timelines, deliverables, resourcing, and outstanding items • Coordinate Creative, Media & Planning, Community Management, client contacts, and other resources • Manage workflow and follow up on reviews, in-progress tasks, decisions, and deliverables • Maintain organized documentation and asset libraries • Develop agendas, recaps, and status updates for internal and client-facing meetings • Take ownership of individual projects from ideation through execution with Account Management guidance • Flag risks, gaps, and conflicts and help develop solutions • Support budget and expense tracking for assigned accounts • Provide day-to-day support on client accounts • Maintain working knowledge of client brands, preferences, and standards • Route client feedback and updates between clients and internal teams • Review and support creation of client-centric reports • Join client calls and meetings to provide status updates and support the Account Manager or independently support smaller project-based clients

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, account support, or client-facing work; internships count • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects/deadlines • Clear, confident communication with internal teams, clients, and partners • Proactive problem-solving and positive, even-tempered approach under pressure • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or similar is a plus • Interest or experience in digital/social media/content is a plus • Must be located in MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, or TN
