📋 Description

• Collaborate with Backend and Mobile engineers, Product Management, Design, Data, Support, and Finance to define and ship new capabilities • Ship complex, detail-focused projects • Build robust, scalable platforms processing millions of transactions • Monitor system health and use data analytics to understand customer success • Develop and optimize customer payment flows • Enable specialized payment capabilities for local markets • Build tools that improve financial efficiency • Deliver heuristic and model-based fraud systems that enable payments while preventing abuse • Participate in shaping Lime's Engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience • Track record of building impactful products or systems • Experience shipping software integrating external services • Ability to focus on outcomes and solve problems effectively • Data-driven approach, including instrumenting work for decision-making and reasoning through customer data • Excellent communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities • Customer-focused product development experience • Payment processing, accounting, fraud, or business operations experience preferred • Enthusiasm for Lime’s micromobility mission preferred • Must reside and work remotely from Canada
