📋 Description
• Lead and manage complex NetSuite engineering projects • Establish architectural designs while writing SuiteScript and building custom solutions • Develop, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules focusing on global business requirements • Architect, build, and maintain robust integrations and automated data pipelines between NetSuite and Coupa • Streamline accounting and supply chain operations using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript • Ensure platform security and audit readiness by implementing role-based access controls, data security policies, and SOX compliance measures • Partner with Enterprise Product Managers and corporate business teams • Develop and enforce coding and technical design standards, conducting peer code reviews • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers • Stay up to date with NetSuite bi-annual releases, managing impact analyses and recommending optimizations • Hands-on experience building and maturing NetSuite-SDF and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines for version-controlled customization and automated deployment
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in ERP development • 7+ years of dedicated technical expertise in NetSuite development and hands-on SuiteScript architecture • Deep end-to-end NetSuite architecture and techno-functional expertise across Fixed Asset Management (FAM), Landed Cost (LC), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management, and Intercompany transactions • Strong understanding of how procurement and inventory flows drive landed cost allocation, asset capitalization, reconciliation, and downstream GL impact and supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global finance operations within NetSuite OneWorld environments • Proven experience customizing and configuring NetSuite Fixed Asset Management (FAM) and complex Landed Cost allocation models • Deep understanding of custom GL impacts, multi-currency transactions, automated intercompany eliminations • Proven experience architecting, configuring, and optimizing NetSuite AP processes • Hands-on experience architecting and building complex, automated workflows connecting Coupa to NetSuite • Working understanding of Transfer Orders (TOs), Item Receipts (IRs), and Item Fulfillments (IFs) • Expert-level proficiency with the SuiteCloud customization platform • Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages like Java or Python • Strong understanding of SQL for custom reporting/analytics • Strong background working in compliance-driven environments navigating strict SOX, GDPR, or asset-tracking controls • Experience evaluating and implementing AI-driven solutions across ERP and adjacent business systems to improve financial operations • Familiarity with broader enterprise SaaS tools • Experience working within Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in an ERP landscape • Proficient working with modern web formats and protocols, including JavaScript, Node.js, XML, and JSON • Deeply proficient with standard SDLC and enterprise change-management procedures • Certification: Oracle NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant & SuiteCloud Developer preferred; SuiteFoundation or NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus.
