📋 Description

• Develop and conduct information security risk assessments of external parties • Evaluate external-party information security controls against Lincoln requirements • Determine information security risk profiles using questionnaires, policies, and industry standards • Recommend and communicate risk mitigation plans to external parties and internal stakeholders • Escalate and challenge risks, exceptions, and concerns • Assist in creating and enforcing information security standards, policies, and procedures • Research information security issues, trends, and legislation • Communicate complex security and risk concepts to varied audiences • Respond to external requests about Lincoln’s information security practices • Report engagement status to management, project managers, and stakeholders • Develop and analyze metrics, trends, and KPIs for program effectiveness and improvement • Document assessments and communications in Lincoln’s IT governance, risk, and compliance platform • Evaluate security risks of third-party AI solutions and guide internal stakeholders • Apply knowledge of AI and generative AI to assess third-party risk and support responsible adoption • Maintain knowledge of emerging AI trends, technologies, and security risks

🎯 Requirements

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT Audit, Information Security, Information Risk Management, or related field or equivalent, OR minimum 4 years of work experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience in IT Security, IT Audit or Information Risk Management directly aligned with the role • 2+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence directly aligned with the role • CompTIA Security+ certification or greater preferred
