📋 Description

• Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation and/or sales • Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales • Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software • Respond to emails • Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive • Meet service level agreements set forth • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills • Typing Speed: at least 40WPM • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities • Intelligent • No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
