📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are expanding and seeking a technical specialist to join our Multilingual Solution Engineering team. • This role is pivotal in driving the design, implementation, and scaling of human-in-the-loop AI in Multilingual Content Delivery. • You will contribute to the design of technical and delivery excellence, and participate with product and delivery teams in developing enterprise-grade AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in localization, internationalization, or related fields (translation, content strategy, international marketing) • Strong technical understanding of AI applications in localization - should be able to discuss AI concepts fluently and architect AI-driven solutions • Working knowledge of machine translation quality metrics, and multilingual AI model capabilities and limitations • Background that brings fresh thinking while having solid technical AI foundation - could come from computational linguistics, language technology, or AI product management • Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms relevant to localization (LLMs, translation APIs, automated QA systems, fine-tuning workflows) • Proven ability to architect and implement complex AI-driven localization pipelines from conception to production • Experience designing human-in-the-loop systems that optimize the balance between AI automation and human expertise • Technical fluency to work closely with AI engineers • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and question established localization processes solutions for our customers' global content delivery needs. • Proven track record of experimenting with and implementing new AI-driven solutions • Creative problem-solver who can identify workflow inefficiencies and design AI-enhanced alternatives • Comfortable with ambiguity and building scalable processes from scratch • Passionate about staying ahead of rapidly evolving AI technologies and their applications in localization • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse, global teams • Proven ability to influence without authority and build consensus around new approaches with customers and internal teams • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, delivery, customer success) • Deep understanding of different cultures and markets, with ability to adapt solutions for global customers • Comfortable operating independently across different regions/time zones with strong ownership mindset • Excellent communicator with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution focus • Track record of delivering technical solutions on time and within scope • Experience with customer-facing solution design and implementation
