📋 Description

• Build and execute multi-channel cold outreach strategies to generate qualified enterprise opportunities across US healthcare systems, health centres, and public service organizations • Conduct discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations of “Helen” • Navigate complex healthcare procurement workflows, negotiate contracts, and close new business • Manage post-sale client relationships to support product adoption, account health, user satisfaction, renewals, and upsells • Represent the company at conferences, high-level meetings, and roundtables • Act as the voice of the US customer and collaborate with global product, operations, and leadership teams • Refine the sales pitch, product features, and go-to-market playbook using market feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience selling medical interpreting services, language access solutions, or healthtech directly to US healthcare providers, health systems, or the public service sector • Proven track record executing multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns and exceeding sales quotas • Demonstrated full sales-cycle ability, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, bid preparation, conference representation, high-level meetings, roundtables, and client retention • Strong understanding of hospital, centre, and health system buying processes • Knowledge of decision-maker personas and language-access stakeholders • Understanding of healthcare compliance and procurement basics, including HIPAA and purchase procedures/guidelines • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to engage clinical administrators and executive stakeholders • High accountability and adaptability • Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, high-growth startup environment
