📋 Description

• Own Listo's marketing strategy and roadmap end to end, including brand, positioning, and go-to-market • Build and run campaigns across content, social, email, and paid media to fill the pipeline • Own LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels across organic and paid activity • Create hands-on explainer and product videos for YouTube and LinkedIn • Turn client wins into case studies, sales enablement, and social proof • Manage the website, SEO, and inbound strategy • Partner directly with sales and leadership on positioning as the company scales • Own the marketing budget and channel decisions, testing and optimizing performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, having owned a channel or function end to end • Comfortable creating content and video independently, from concept to finished piece • Background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or venue technology is a strong plus • Native-level spoken English required for regular client and leadership presentations • Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms, LinkedIn Ads, and email platforms • Ability to move quickly and develop ideas independently
