📋 Description

• Take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across our healthcare and life sciences markets • Plan, deliver, and optimise defined multi-channel marketing campaigns end to end • Take full ownership of assigned campaigns, managing timelines, stakeholders, and performance metrics • Develop test-and-learn strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and adoption across key audiences • Act as the central point of coordination for campaign content, briefing internal and external contributors and editing materials to ensure quality and consistency • Write and adapt content for different audiences and channels (e.g. landing pages, emails, blogs, social) • Own campaign reporting and analysis, drawing actionable insights from performance data • Present findings and recommendations to influence wider marketing strategy • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure marketing outputs are effectively supporting commercial objectives • Coordinate logistics and communications for in-person and virtual events

🎯 Requirements

• Proven B2B marketing experience with demonstrable results in meeting or exceeding commercial targets • Experience in owning the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of using data-driven insight to improve performance • Strong written communication skills, able to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and formats • Experience using CRM, CMS, email and social media marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, etc.) • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences sectors (Desirable) • Experience running account-based marketing campaigns (Desirable)
