📋 Description

• Generate and manage interest using company-provided training or personal expertise • Connect with people who have requested additional information • Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals and assess alignment • Share clear, relevant information about leadership and personal development programs • Develop relationships through thoughtful communication and consistent follow-up • Manage prospective-client activity using CRM and digital communication tools • Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of professional experience • Experience in leadership, marketing, communications, consulting, business development, client relationships, sales, HR, learning and development, or a related professional field • Confident communication and ability to build professional relationships • Strategic thinking, initiative, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through • Comfort learning and using CRM, communication, and other digital tools • Ability to work independently and take ownership of activity and results • Openness to following an established, step-by-step process • Commitment to continued leadership, personal, and professional development • Reside in the United States or Canada; applicants in other locations may be considered based on eligibility • Prior experience in the personal development sector is not required
