📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • Background in client relationships, account management, customer success, consulting, business development, leadership, marketing, communications, or a related field • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand individual needs • Confidence connecting with professionals from diverse backgrounds • Relationship-focused approach built on trust, professionalism, and follow-through • Self-motivation and discipline to manage your schedule independently • Willingness to learn and apply established systems • Genuine interest in leadership, personal development, and continued growth • Prior personal development industry experience is not required • Business-related expenses apply, including a required ongoing tool subscription
