📋 Description

• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements • Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host and identify and resolve event-related errors • Work with clients, promoters, marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations, support, and client support departments when creating events and distributing event information • Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients • Participate in an on-call rotation, providing after-hours, weekend, and holiday client support • Perform other duties as assigned by senior event and regional management • Collect, review, input, and verify accurate event data using Ticketmaster programming systems • Follow procedural best practices and established standards • Support special projects and load-balancing activities for Canadian and global Event Programming teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must accommodate a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, and holidays • Computer literacy with excellent data entry skills • Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities • Creativity, latitude, and problem-solving ability • Overall awareness of the entertainment business • Excellent written and oral communication skills, organization, and attention to detail • High proficiency in English, both verbal and written • Working knowledge of French encouraged • 1–2 years’ experience with Ticketmaster systems, such as Host, is an asset • Box office experience is an asset
