📋 Description

• Test planning and organization: You develop comprehensive test strategies, plan test phases, and ensure that all testing activities are carried out efficiently and on schedule. • Resource management: You coordinate the necessary human and technical resources to ensure optimal test coverage and facilitate smooth collaboration within the team. • Monitoring test executions: You oversee and control test processes, monitor compliance with quality standards, and ensure that all tests are completed accurately and thoroughly. • Defect analysis and documentation: You identify, analyze, and document software defects, work closely with development teams, and actively contribute to defect resolution. • Quality management: You develop measures for the continuous improvement of testing processes, establish best practices, and help ensure the long-term quality of our software products.

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience planning, executing, and managing software tests and understand the challenges of test management. • You know which testing methods and strategies are appropriate depending on the project and requirements and can design test processes efficiently. • You have worked with test automation tools and understand how to integrate automation strategies effectively into existing test processes. • Your technical skills in C#, HTML, and SQL enable you to create test cases, adapt test scripts, and perform defect analyses. • You work with focus, keep objectives in sight, and can manage complex processes efficiently. • You quickly grasp interdependencies, identify weaknesses, and find effective solutions to improve quality.
