📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • A global tech company offering end-to-end IT services — from web and mobile development to AI/ML, IoT, DevOps, and sales support — is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow its client base. • RESPONSIBILITIES:​ Identify high-potential leads in the startup ecosystem and among companies needing custom software solutions. • Bring a creative, proactive approach to testing and launching new outbound campaigns. • Build and execute lead generation strategies with a personalized approach. • Craft compelling B2B messaging for outreach campaigns. • Coordinate and schedule semi-automated and manual email sequences. • Handle responses: address objections, set up meetings, and nurture conversations. • Build strong, long-term relationships with potential clients. • Actively explore new business opportunities and markets. • Schedule intro calls and meetings between prospects and our Business Development Manager. • Report weekly KPIs and outreach metrics to the sales team. • Use automation tools (e.g., Snov.io, MixMax) to launch large-scale outreach campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an SDR or similar client-facing role. • Strong English skills (B2–C1 level). • Hands-on experience with sales tools, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and CRMs. • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • NICE TO HAVE: Experience with outreach tools like Snov.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Proxy, or similar.
