📋 Description
• Establish a positive connection and a solid understanding of learners' needs while actively engaging the learner • Provide English tutoring sessions to federal public servants, particularly for oral second-language skills • Complete electronic administrative documents in a timely manner • Use the provided pedagogical material to support tutoring
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English • Good knowledge of spoken and written French • Ease using information and communication technologies, particularly MS Outlook and Teams • Working computer with webcam/video capabilities • Professionalism, dynamism, creativity, and ability to adapt to different learner types and levels • Tutoring or teaching work experience is an asset • Knowledge of Canadian Federal Public Service Commission exams and levels A, B, and C is an asset • Availability Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
