• Establish a positive rapport and understand learners' needs while encouraging their active participation • Deliver French as a Second Language tutoring sessions • Complete electronic administrative documents within deadlines • Help federal public servants develop their French as a Second Language skills, particularly oral skills • Determine how to use the provided teaching materials with learners
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • Excellent command of spoken and written French • Good command of spoken and written English • Strong proficiency with information and communication technologies, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams • Own a working computer with a webcam or video capability • Professionalism, energy, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different types and levels of learners • Experience in tutoring or teaching, an asset • Knowledge of the Canadian federal public service exams and A, B, and C levels, an asset • Availability Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 17:00 • Self-employed status
