📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional agency teams under the direction of the Creative Director • Concept, design, and execute visual creative solutions for print and digital communications • Target healthcare audiences including payers, health systems, healthcare professionals, and patients • Set the visual tone and manage the creative workflow for multiple brands • Help manage onsite and freelance designers involved in creative development • Assist in managing logistical aspects of the creative development process • Partner with project management to ensure tasks are completed according to established timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Arts, Design Advertising, or related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment supporting pharma/biotech clients • Prior direct leadership experience is a plus • Strong working knowledge of digital platforms and applications • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Studio experience is a plus
