📋 Description

• Lead UX/UI for full-site redesigns, homepages, PDPs, PLPs, and carts from discovery and information architecture through final UI • Design landing pages and post-click funnels for paid traffic from ad click to checkout • Partner with the CRO lead on site audits, hypotheses, and test roadmaps • Design A/B test variants and help analyze results • Build interactive prototypes in Figma or HTML/CSS for client presentations and developer handoff • Design responsive, mobile-first Shopify experiences within sections, blocks, apps, and theme constraints • Contribute to component libraries and page-builder section systems • Shape page narrative and provide copy direction for headlines, offers, and buy box messaging • Present concepts, explain design rationale, and incorporate feedback • Collaborate with developers on feasibility, handoff, and QA • Improve design SOPs, file organization, and workflows, including AI-assisted design and prototyping • Collaborate with strategy, paid media, creative, development, and project management teams to support client growth goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience focused on ecommerce websites and landing pages • Hands-on CRO experience, including designing tests, reading results, and demonstrating conversion impact • Shopify knowledge, including themes, sections, metafields/objects, common apps, and implementation constraints • Advanced Figma skills: auto layout, variants, components, tokens, and prototyping • Agency or multi-client experience • Portfolio showing process and shipped ecommerce work, ideally with results • DTC or CPG brand experience preferred • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred • Familiarity with GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing tools such as Intelligems, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity • Experience with landing page builders and direct-response page structure • AI proficiency is a plus, including Claude, Codex, or Figma AI • Comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders • Ability to run several projects at once • Clear communication with developers, strategists, and copywriters • Legally authorized to work in the United States of America • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship is currently or potentially required
