📋 Description
• Supports ERP or Corporate Applications through system configuration, testing, and reporting. • Works closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions. • Participates in the full development lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in system operations. • Configure ERP systems or corporate applications based on business requirements to support technical solutions for issues/processes and how they can/should be integrated with other business and technical systems/processes. • Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology, Information Management, or related fields or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of preferred work experience. • 4 years Progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology or 4 years Combination experience of Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Corporate Applications and Healthcare. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience supporting Workday SCM in a healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or large enterprise environment. • Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing. • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security framework, domains, and roles. • Experience managing Workday production support activities, incident resolution, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
