• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations • Experience influencing software engineering best practices within your team • Understanding of basic project management principles • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat • Experience managing direct reports • Experience training, leading, or mentoring team members
