📋 Description

• Lead professional services engagements with clients and partners, including implementations, training, conversions, data setup, and other billable services • Develop needs assessments and detailed project plans to onboard clients and complete projects on time and within budget • Implement coordinated project plans for client implementations, conversions, and professional services engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite • Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application activities, and escalated application support • Perform needs assessments and requirements gathering • Provide internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks • Work directly with client leads on software configuration • Consult agencies on best practices using expertise in Lone Wolf software and customer environments • Collaborate with the Business Solutions Consultant team on the transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilization • Guide clients on data extracts from the Lone Wolf application for use with third-party APIs • Track project progress to ensure implementations remain on time and within budget • Maintain knowledge of product development, product vision, and Lone Wolf direction • Participate in internal UAT activities as required • Maintain knowledge of the real estate industry and its trends

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related field • Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multitask • Proven track record providing in-house and remote training • Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Outstanding client relationship skills • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test, and improve products • Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred • 1–3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting
