📋 Description

• Own HubSpot execution, including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, lead scoring, database segmentation, and hygiene • Run campaigns end to end across email, web, and social, coordinating with design and content • Coordinate trade shows, webinars, and customer event logistics, including registration, vendors, booths, promotion, lead capture, and follow-up • Produce funnel, campaign, and event performance reports showing MQL and pipeline contribution • Maintain list hygiene, lead lifecycle, lead routing, and CRM data consistency between systems • Support content and demand generation by scheduling and repurposing social content, managing assets, and assisting paid and organic programs • Deliver campaigns and assets accurately and on schedule • Improve pipeline contribution, event execution, and trust in HubSpot reporting • Integrate AI into daily work, validate AI output, improve workflows, and use AI responsibly

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on HubSpot experience building workflows, lead scoring, landing pages, forms, and reporting • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, demand generation, or a growth/marketing coordinator role • Ability to work remotely as a self-starter, organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning execution with light oversight • Strong attention to detail • Clear communication skills and ability to turn rough briefs into finished deliverables • Fluent with AI tools, particularly Claude, with judgment to review and validate output • Event coordination experience preferred • Healthcare, med tech, or regulated B2B/SaaS background preferred • Hands-on AI marketing tools experience preferred • Basic design fluency with Canva or similar preferred • HubSpot certifications are a strong plus
