Make complex concepts accessible and engaging for developers at all skill levels. • Public Speaking: Speak at Nix and Rust-related events, conferences, meetups, and webinars. • 3+ years of experience in developer advocacy, community relations, or similar roles, with strong expertise in Nix and/or Rust. • Proven experience in creating technical content (documentation, tutorials, blog posts, videos) for Nix and/or Rust developers. • Strong public speaking skills, with experience presenting at conferences, meetups, or webinars. • A portfolio of open-source contributions, technical blogs, or videos that demonstrate your expertise in Nix, Rust, or modern software development. • Knowledge of NativeLink or similar build systems, with a strong understanding of how build caching and remote execution systems improve developer productivity. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. • Passion for community engagement, developer empowerment, and problem-solving.
