• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline). • 10+ years of analytics, business intelligence, or quantitative consulting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally including start-up or growth-stage company experience. • Technical proficiency in SQL/python and ability to interact with modern database systems to manipulate datasets • Proven track record of delivering high-impact analyses and driving measurable business improvements. • Experience designing and building core data sets, dashboards, and business intelligence infrastructure. • Strong financial modeling and simulation skills, with the ability to quantify the impact of strategic and operational changes. • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to executives and cross-functional partners. • Experience hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing analytics teams. • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic priorities. • Optimism, resilience, and a collaborative spirit; you thrive on helping both your team and the business succeed. • Are you legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer? • Do you or will you require sponsorship for a US employment visa?(e.g. H-1B)?
