📋 Description

• Coordinate onboarding of new payment partners and the launch of payment projects • Build and maintain relationships with banks, payment providers, and merchants • Support operational processes across payment areas and ensure their stability • Track key launch stages, task statuses, and implementation timelines • Collaborate with tech, finance, and legal teams on payment infrastructure matters • Maintain and update internal documentation, registries, and working spreadsheets • Coordinate document flow with partners, including approval, signing, and storage • Communicate with external partners on operational support and ongoing cooperation • Participate in optimizing payment processes, payment flows, and provider performance • Inform internal teams about changes affecting payment processes and partner infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in fintech or the payments industry • Understanding of PSPs, acquiring, payment operations, and processing flows • Experience working with banks, payment providers, or merchants • Experience supporting partners and operational processes within payment projects • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and control deadlines • Structured approach, strong attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility • English language level: B2 or higher • Fluent Russian
