📋 Description

• Develop mini-games and game features: from concept and mechanics to launch and optimization; • Evaluate feature value and balance development effort vs expected business impact; • Conduct R&D and analyze iGaming trends across key markets; • Formulate and validate product hypotheses, run A/B tests; • Perform competitive analysis and implement best gaming practices; • Work with funnels, CJM, and identify growth opportunities for engagement; • Define key product metrics and prepare reports; • Prioritize backlog and build product roadmap; • Analyze player behavior and generate data-driven initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in game design (any gaming projects) • Understanding of development processes (design / development / QA / support) • Knowledge of product metrics: MAU, DAU, Retention, CR, ARPU • Strong hypothesis generation and experimentation skills • Experience with analytics and data-driven approach • Hands-on experience with CustDev and in-depth interviews • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles • English level B2+. • Experience in iGaming is a plus. • Experience with mini-games, instant games, bonus mechanics is a plus. • Experience with animation tools (Rive, Unity, Spine, or similar) is a plus. • Experience in international markets is a plus. • Experience in mobile game development as a PM is a plus.
