📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • About Madiff Madiff connects leading tech talent with global companies through remote teams and digital projects. • We operate across Poland, Portugal, France, and the UK, supporting sectors such as IT, Banking, and Hi-Tech with advanced sourcing, delivery, and digital innovation. • We are seeking a day-to-day recruiter who will also be a driver of AI automation in our recruitment process. • You will combine classic end-to-end recruitment with practical AI integration – using automation to boost efficiency, scale candidate sourcing, and enhance the candidate experience. • Main Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding tech candidates • Build and maintain talent pools through direct search and networking • Run employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns • Actively use AI and automation tools to streamline sourcing, outreach, CV screening, communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up • Identify and test new tools that can automate or enhance recruiter workflows • Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver strong pipelines • Track key recruitment metrics and drive improvements using data and automation AI Tools and Platforms You Will Use You will have the freedom to select and implement tools such as: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude – for automated candidate communication and email drafting HireEZ, AmazingHiring, SeekOut – for AI-powered sourcing and talent mapping Loxo, Eightfold, Beamery – for automated pipeline management and candidate engagement Calendly, Cronofy, GoodTime – for automated interview scheduling • Canva, Copy.ai, Jasper – for AI-driven employer branding, job ad creation, and content • Zapier, Make (Integromat), Notion AI – for workflow automation and integration

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in IT or tech sectors • Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools in recruitment (for sourcing, communication, screening, or scheduling) • Strong communication skills in English (C1) and Polish • Ability to work independently, test new tools, and drive change in recruitment processes • Organised, data-driven, and proactive
