📋 Description

• Act as the primary hands-on designer for the sports betting platform • Translate unique protocol work and novel concepts into intuitive and engaging user experiences • Define and drive the overall product design vision and strategy for the sports suite • Lead design of major features, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmaps, prioritization, and user experience quality • Mentor team members through direct feedback, design critiques, and sharing craft best practices • Establish and refine design processes such as reviews and user research • Use AI-native tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to build, test, and ship high-fidelity functional prototypes • Shape the design function while remaining deeply connected to hands-on product craft

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, operating at a senior level (e.g., Senior, Lead, or Principal) with experience mentoring other designers • Basic understanding of crypto is required, including a foundational grasp of how wallets or transactions work • Deep enthusiasm for sports; passion for sports betting or the mechanics of sports markets is highly desirable • Compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional, recent hands-on design work and ability to lead complex projects • Builder mindset, with a track record of operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Proven ability to lead projects that simplify highly complex concepts into intuitive user experiences • Expert proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools • Demonstrated experience or high comfort working with AI coding tools and LLM workflows to prototype interactive interfaces rapidly • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Applicants must submit a design portfolio showcasing exceptional hands-on design work and ability to lead projects • Required resume and LinkedIn profile submission
