📋 Description
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support the month-end/year-end close process**• Review and reconcile credit card transactions **• Review and reconcile accounts receivable **• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports to analyze financial data and support month-end close and reporting processes**• Prepare schedules and gather documentation for external audits**• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting**• Research cash application transactions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting**• CPA Candidate or CPA Eligible**• 1-3 years of corporate accounting experience**• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principle**• Proficient in Microsoft Excel**• Excellent oral and written communication skills
