đź“‹ Description

• Support and collaborate with UX researchers on generative and evaluative research with assistive technology users on websites, web apps, mobile apps and software • Identify pain points, preferences and behaviours from user interviews • Document interview findings in a structured note-taking tool • Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights • Provide clear and timely project updates to Fable team members • Maintain internal customer documentation • Track deliverables via the project management system • Collaborate with support teams to coordinate participant interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years facilitating user interviews on digital products in a UXR context • Able to define research goals, articulate hypotheses and apply the best research methods for a wide range of problems • Experience translating research findings into thematic insights • Compassionate and patient demeanour with confidence and assertion to get things done • Active listening and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Ability to build relationships and connect with people quickly • Organized and able to manage a large volume of tasks independently • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate apps and software • Strong analytical, communication and team skills • Passionate to learn about assistive technology, accessibility and user research • Open-minded, open and personable, with an understanding that the human spectrum is diverse • Problem-solving judgment and ability to collaborate and escalate issues • Creative and adaptable in a quickly evolving team • Experience with assistive technology or engaging with assistive technology users is a nice-to-have
