📋 Description

• Configure and implement Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions aligned with client workforce policies and compliance needs. • Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions following Workday best practices. • Support full-cycle project delivery, including configuration, unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment. • Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide guidance on calculation rules, accruals, eligibility rules, and absence compliance. • Collaborate with Payroll, Scheduling, Finance, clients, and cross-functional teams. • Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training. • Contribute to project planning and status reporting, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. • Stay current on Workday releases, updates, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Time Tracking and Absence Management. • Demonstrated experience in Workday configuration for Time and Absence, including accrual calculations, validation rules, and compliance setup. • Familiarity with labor laws, leave policies, and workforce scheduling practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in configuration and testing. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
