âą Provide remote IT support to colleagues across our offices in North America âą Respond promptly and efficiently to support requests, aiming to resolve issues on first contact âą Serve as the first point of contact for software, hardware, network, and VPN issues âą Image and deploy computers remotely âą Maintain/update images according to established procedures âą Manage and maintain company and client websites âą Manage IT hardware and peripherals, including various printers and supplies âą Maintain/update documentation related to equipment and software license information âą Create and manage user accounts for business applications âą Create and maintain end-user documentation for software and processes
đŻ Requirements
âą 1â3 years of experience in IT âą 2+ years supporting Microsoft Windows 7/10 desktop operating systems in a production environment âą Knowledge of PC imaging methods âą Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint) âą Knowledge of antivirus software and virus/malware removal techniques âą Knowledge of networking technologies and tools including: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, PING, VPN âą Bilingual French-English required; Spanish and other languages an asset
