📋 Description

• Lead and own Manifest's corporate immigration practice for employer clients across H-1B, L-1, PERM, E-1/E-2, and broader employer-immigration matters • Manage practice growth, quality, and profitability • Own enterprise client relationships and large-scale program management • Drive business development and marketing, grow existing accounts, and bring in new clients • Build and lead a team by hiring, developing, and holding attorneys to firm standards • Use Manifest's AI-powered platform, automated workflows, smart draft review, and unified case-context hub • Own pod profitability • Deliver aggressive SLAs, rigorous legal quality, and proactive client communication

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. • Active U.S. bar admission • 10+ years of employment-based immigration experience • Experience across H-1B, L-1, PERM, E-1/E-2, TN, EB-1, NIW, O-1, and related categories • Experience owning client relationships end to end • Track record managing or developing legal teams with accountability for team outcomes • Comfort with public visibility, thought leadership, social presence, and client events • Professional network in HR, Legal, or People Operations circles • Ambition to build and run a practice • Full-time, deeply client-centered, tech-forward, and mission-driven work style
