📋 Description

• Work closely with Case Managers, Disability Specialists, and Associate Managers • Make follow-up phone calls and send written communications to Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, medical professionals, and vendors • Conduct functional telephone interviews with Plan Members • Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files • Support invoice payments • Update Plan Member banking information • Deliver disability claims management services for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying in an undergraduate program such as Nursing, Health Sciences, or Mental Health • Strong organizational skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Basic knowledge of claims processing and health insurance • Some experience in customer service or administrative work • Submit a resume, cover letter, academic transcript, and work term evaluation, if any, in one PDF file
