📋 Description

• Prepare, manage, and negotiate renewals for all group benefit plans under 50 lives • Analyze claims experience, plan performance, and rate history • Recommend plan design modifications and cost-control strategies • Partner with Account Executives by providing renewal insights • Present and communicate renewal results clearly to advisors • Monitor internal systems and tools to ensure renewal information is captured correctly • Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Fully bilingual (French/English) • Knowledge of underwriting concepts and principles • Understanding of current trends in the group benefits industry • College / University degree or equivalent industry experience • CEBS Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation or ability to attain within 3 years • Strong negotiation and conflict-management skills • Excellent time-management abilities • Good knowledge of group life and health products and underwriting practices • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Proficiency with PC tools including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint)
